This has nothing to do with religion or superstition but a bride should not wear black underwear on her wedding day. But for one or all of the following reasons:
- If for any reason your dress rips it will not be too obvious
- White is innocent (like you are supposed to be)
- Black underwear can change the color of your dress
- You need to wear something on the sexy side underneath your dress so when you take off your gown you can surprise your groom - pink, white, light blue, red not BLACK.
Cream or beige is a better option!

How about your "birthday suit" it can get pretty hot down there!! LOL
U know u can't wear your birthday suit, leave that to your hubby's imagination and also in the confines of your personal space i.e your home ... But this is a good tip and brides don't try to wear your everyday underwear, go out and get yourself fitted for something that would be comfortable under there ... Your wedding gown is not your everyday wear and your underwear for that day should also not be
